New York’s design community is an ever-competitive space, and all firms must remain on budget and up to date to stay ahead.
Technical Challenge:
New Equipment was required to take advantage of the firm’s design software packages.
Brief:
Deploying new hardware and software afforded Tihany Design’s studio team an opportunity to be more efficient and more collaborative. In addition, Valiant has continued to provide consistent expert service to Tihany Design, initially as an hourly service provider, then in 2010 converting our support engagement to our Managed Service package, which has raised our technical results while keeping costs under control.
Our Managed Service package gives Valiant the freedom to prevent problems without watching the clock and with no fear from our customer of our team running up the bill.
