GEORG DAUTERMAN- President, CIO
As our President and Fearless Leader, Georg charts the overall course for the Valiant team. Georg also serves as senior network brain. With over a decade of experience as network engineer and integration leader, Georg is among the best there is at making a plan and adapting that plan to a situation. An avid reader of nearly every trade magazine under the sun, Georg has more I.T. knowledge on the tip of his tongue than most techs have on their whole resume.

NICK NIGHTINGALE
- Service Manager
With a degree in I.T. from Marist College and as the second employee hired at Valiant over seven years ago, Nick was a perfect fit to manage our team’s deployment and to monitor the quality of our services, training our techs in the “Valiant Way”. If you ever want to know where a tech is, when he will arrive, or have a suggestion how to improve the tech’s work, Nick is the man to speak with.
-

ANDREW RODRIGUEZ
- Account Manager
Andrew has been with the Valiant team for over five years as both an Engineer and now an Account Manager. Andrew uses his experience as a tech to bridge the gap between client services and tech support, and he has the proven ability to recommend a solution that works well while making the whole project make sense to our customers.
-
DARREN DALEY
- Senior Engineer
Darren is Valiant’s internal project lead, developing our scripts, patches and trackers. Darren is also our resident early bird, and will be the guy you talk to at 8:30 when you call. He’s been with us for over five years, and has seen it all, from server failures to steam pipes breaking. Darren is never afraid to get his hands dirty and he’s one of our first choices for emergency missions because he always keeps a cool head.
-

JUSTIN PENCHINA
- Senior Engineer
Justin is a customer favorite, both because he is genuinely the nicest person on the team and because he’s quick to solve problems while remaining excellent at documentation, which is a skill honed by Justin’s years working for a major datacenter and webhost. With his patience, clear thinking and solid people skills, Justin has showed time and again that he is someone to trust with your weirdest tech issues.
-

CHRISTOPHER GRIGG
- Senior Engineer
When not leading his black metal band Woe, Chris is up to his virtual elbows in some of the thorniest server problems we encounter. Chris tackles the actual execution of a large portion of Valiant’s projects and does so with a surgeon’s precision.
-

DANIEL PALUSZEK
- Engineer
Dan is one of our team of excellent help desk engineers. From knocking out dozens of machine rollouts a day to configuring remote access for executives stuck in airport lounges to keeping the backup drives rotated, Dan keeps a lot of plates spinning and never lets them drop. He’s also one of the sharpest hardware techs we’ve ever seen, able to strip down an iMac in seven minutes flat.
-

STEVEN MULCAHY
- Engineer
Steven is our resident UK expatriate. Mostly we understand his accent. Passionate about the latest gadgets from Microsoft and Apple, Steve is comfortable making his Microsoft Surface tablet do interesting tricks, while keeping our customer’s Macs clean and tidy.
-
MIKE CASLOWITZ- Engineer
Mike has been with Valiant Since the start of 2011 and surely knows client needs. Patient, understanding and always quick to resolve tech issues you can be sure that your expectations will be met. He is also our resident virus removal champ. Mike hails from Long Island and is Macintosh certified.
-
CHRIS COPELAND- Engineer
Now in NY by way of Georgia (and multiple tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan as a member of the U.S. Army), Copeland is now aggressively rooting out viruses, crashes and bugs for our customers. This line of work is (so far) proving to be much safer than his last gig, and his bag is much lighter. Copeland’s incredible experiences have ensured he always keeps his cool under pressure. Valiant is very proud to have a veteran on our team.
-
DARREN McDOWELL- Engineer
McDowell handles a lot of Valiant’s router and switch management, while keeping an eye on customer backups and being a part of the rapid-response onsite team. From dragging a network cable over a wall and through a ceiling to calculating processor loads and capacity requirements, Darren’s quiet sarcastic voice is a welcome part of our team. Darren is also a team lead on a videogame design firm, with hopes of making the next Angry Birds.
-
KYLE NWEEIA- Engineer
Kyle is the most recent Valiant team addition. A recent graduate of Virginia Military Institude, Kyle is very glad to be managing our customer’s backups domestically, rather than being deployed overseas. He is also the owner of the worlds largest college ring (not pictured).
-
ANDREW KWASNY- Operations
Andrew is firmly planted at the center of the Valiant team. An expert navigator of the rocks and shoals of complex licensing orders, a master of shipment assembly, tracking and organization, Andrew makes sure the job gets done. Plus whenever we need to arrange a fun live event or design shirts, whip up some flyers or other marketing material, Andrew is there swinging his virtual paintbrush.
