GEORG DAUTERMAN- President, CIO
As our President and Fearless Leader, Georg charts the overall course for the Valiant team. Georg also serves as senior network brain. With over a decade of experience as network engineer and integration leader, Georg is among the best there is at making a plan and adapting that plan to a situation. An avid reader of nearly every trade magazine under the sun, Georg has more I.T. knowledge on the tip of his tongue than most techs have on their whole resume.

THOMAS CLANCY JR.Tom has put his troubleshooter brain to work for ad agencies, non-profits, radio networks, publishers, recording studios, video producers and many more. He’s an Apple and Sonicwall certified engineer and Valiant’s company sales lead. Tom has twice spoken at Google’s NY Headquarters and recently lectured at the AIA’s New Practices continuing education series. Tom is proud to be one of the authors of three editions of the Mac OS X Bible, and a contributing author to Financial Advisor Magazine.

GENE McMURRAY- Partner, Lead Engineer
As our lead engineer, Gene is often found scouring sick drives for lost information while dismantling waterlogged laptops and curing other “normal” computer ills. Gene spends his down time racing his Integra and flying fighter planes. Gene has a degree in Information Systems from Drexel University, and has experience in a wide variety of computing environments from multi-million dollar datacenters to damp basement storage closets with a network core suspended on velcro.

CURLEY- Director, Client Services
Focused on understanding your needs and cutting through the techno-babble, Dave makes sure you are getting all you can from your relationship with Valiant. Dave’s philosophy is to listen to the client, develop an in-depth understanding of their business, continually stay abreast of developments in the ever shifting landscape of IT, and constantly communicate with the client about their current situation, possible pitfalls and new opportunities.

NICK NIGHTINGALE
- Service Manager
With a degree in I.T. from Marist College and as the second employee hired at Valiant, Nick was a perfect fit to manage our team’s deployment and to monitor the quality of our services. If you ever want to know where a tech is, when he will arrive, or what is in his toolkit, Nick is the man to speak with.

DARREN DALEY
- Senior Engineer
Darren is Valiant’s internal project lead, developing our scripts, patches and trackers. Darren is also our resident early bird, and will be the guy you talk to at 8:30 when you call. He’s been with us for over four years, and has seen it all, from server failures to steam pipes breaking. Darren is never afraid to get his hands dirty and he’s one of our first choices for emergency missions because he always keeps a cool head.

Andrew has been with the Valiant team for many years, and truly understands our customer’s needs. Bridging the gap between client services and tech support, Andy has the ability to recommend a solution that works well while making the whole project make sense to our customers.

JUSTIN PENCHINA
- Senior Engineer
Justin is a customer favorite, both because he is genuinely the nicest person on the team and because he’s quick to solve problems while remaining excellent at documentation. Justin has showed time and again that he is someone to trust with your weirdest tech issues.

CHRISTOPHER GRIGG
- Senior Engineer
A recent addition to the Valiant team, Chris is also a new import to the New York area as a resident, being a long term Philly-area Windows Server and general networking wiz. In addition to leading our team of Senior Engineers, Chris is also the leader of the black metal band Woe, which explains the scary photo.

ANDREW SODERBERG-RIVKIN
- Engineer
Andrew not only has the longest name in our directory, but also has the highest customer satisfaction marks we’ve seen. He’s thorough, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. In addition to being a Microsoft and Sonicwall Certified Engineer, Andy is an avid sailor and excellent storyteller.

DANIEL PALUSZEK
- Engineer
Dan is one of our team of excellent help desk engineers. From knocking out dozens of machine rollouts a day to configuring remote access for executives stuck in airport lounges to keeping the backup drives rotated, Dan keeps a lot of plates spinning and never lets them drop. He’s also one of the sharpest hardware techs we’ve ever seen, able to strip down an iMac in seven minutes flat.
